How to cancel ABCmouse

How to cancel ABCmouse: Log in to your ABCmouse account on the website (or the app) with the parent/account-owner credentials. Official path: signed-in account on the brand site. If you signed up via the Apple App Store or Google Play, you MUST cancel in that store, not on ABCmouse — otherwise billing continues; save the ABCmouse confirmation email as proof.

Official steps

1. Log in to your ABCmouse account on the website (or the app) with the parent/account-owner credentials.
2. Click the avatar/profile icon in the upper-left corner.
3. Click Settings in the lower-left corner (enter your birth year or password if prompted).
4. Select Manage My Account.
5. On the Membership Details page, click Cancel Membership at the bottom.
6. Follow the prompts (declining any retention offer) to complete the cancellation.
7. Save the cancellation confirmation email sent to your account address as proof.
8. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store instead — ABCmouse cannot stop third-party billing.

Do I need an account?

Cancellation lives behind the parent account login (password/birth-year gate) and a retention flow, so it needs the account owner to sign in — there is no guest order-lookup portal.

Cancel anytime online to stop future renewals; no refund of already-charged payments beyond goodwill (settlement-era ~30-day posture); no in-store option (digital service); Apple/Google/third-party subscriptions must be cancelled through that store.
