1. What easyReturn is

easyReturn (easyreturn.us and its companion browser extension) helps you start returns and cancellations with merchants: guided flows, researched per-store instructions (“playbooks”), return labels, and an extension that pre-fills merchants' own returns portals. Playbooks and guided flows are available on Free; a paid Pro subscription waives the label service fee and unlocks Gmail import, unlimited returns, and extension autofill. When you buy return postage here, you always pay the carrier rate, plus any service fee shown at checkout (waived for Pro). By using it you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

2. We are not the merchant

Return approvals, refunds, and cancellations are always decided by the merchant under its own policy. Our playbooks describe each merchant's official process as researched on the date shown; merchants change their policies, and where they differ, the merchant's current policy controls. easyReturn is not affiliated with or endorsed by the merchants listed — their names and trademarks belong to their owners.

3. Your account

Sign-in is by one-time email link, so anyone who controls your email inbox can access your easyReturn account — keep it secure. Use easyReturn only for orders and subscriptions that are yours or that you are authorized to manage. Free accounts may start a limited number of returns; Pro removes that cap. You can cancel Pro anytime via the billing portal linked from My returns; access continues through the end of the paid period.

4. Labels, fees, refunds

easyReturn buys return postage only for merchants that publish a verified warehouse return address we can ship to. For other merchants, we guide you to their official returns portal — they issue their own label. When postage is available here, labels are purchased through our shipping provider at the shown price (carrier rate plus any service fee we display; Pro subscribers pay $0 service fee). Merchant return fees shown in the app (label fees, restocking) are best-effort summaries; the merchant's own portal is authoritative.

Product refunds and cancellations are issued by the merchant, not by easyReturn. Status timelines may show an estimated merchant refund for guidance; that is not a payment from us and is not a confirmation that the merchant has paid you. If you paid us for postage and we cannot fulfill the label, we refund that postage charge.

5. The browser extension

The extension fills merchants' returns-portal forms only at your direction and never submits them. You review every form before submitting and are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. If you choose Save to easyReturn when a merchant label or QR appears, we store that label reference under your account for convenience; the merchant still issued the postage and remains responsible for the return.

6. Acceptable use

No fraudulent returns or cancellations, no using another person's identity or orders without authorization, no interfering with the service, probing for vulnerabilities without permission, or automated bulk scraping.

7. Disclaimer

easyReturn is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In particular, we do not warrant that a return, cancellation, or refund will succeed, that playbook information is current, or that a return window or billing deadline will be met. Act on deadlines yourself.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, easyReturn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including missed return windows, lost refunds, or subscription charges — and our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of US $50 or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

9. Termination

You can stop using easyReturn at any time and have your data deleted (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in California.

11. Changes

If these terms change materially, we will update this page and its date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
