How to cancel Curology: Log in to your Curology account at app.curology.com. Official path: signed-in account on the brand site. Cancel at least 2 full business days before your next shipment or you'll still be billed for it, and click through every follow-up question — the cancellation isn't submitted until the whole flow completes.

Official steps

Log in to your Curology account at app.curology.com.
Open the account dropdown menu and go to your payment page (Manage subscription).
Scroll to the bottom of the payment page and click "I want to cancel."
Answer the follow-up questions and continue all the way through the flow to fully submit the cancellation.
Cancel at least 2 full business days before your next scheduled order to prevent being billed for it; allow 2 business days for processing.
Watch for the confirmation email from Curology confirming the cancellation.
For a refund (first-time subscribers within the 90-day Satisfaction Guarantee, after completing 2 provider check-ins + photos), request it via your account or by emailing hello@curology.com — no product ship-back is required.
