How to cancel eharmony
How to cancel eharmony: Open a desktop or mobile web browser (you cannot cancel inside the eharmony app) and sign in to your eharmony account. Official path: signed-in account on the brand site. Turning off auto-renewal does NOT end or refund your current paid term, and it must be done in a browser at least 24-48 hours before the renewal date; uninstalling the app does not cancel anything, and App Store signups must be cancelled through Apple.
Official steps
- Open a desktop or mobile web browser (you cannot cancel inside the eharmony app) and sign in to your eharmony account.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to your profile photo at the top of the screen.
- Select "Data & settings".
- Click "Amend subscription" (labeled "Cancel auto renewal" in the US).
- Review the details and click the cancellation link at the bottom of the page.
- Click through the multi-step confirmation pages until you reach the final confirmation.
- Confirm and watch for the cancellation confirmation email as proof.
- If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, cancel instead in your device's Subscriptions settings; if through Google Play, cancel in the Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions.
