- Cancel on the platform you subscribed on — website (Stripe) or Apple/Google Play.
- Website: sign in at elevenlabs.io, click your profile icon → Subscription → Manage subscription → Cancel subscription, then finish the prompts.
- Confirm the UI shows a scheduled cancellation for the end of the current billing cycle (you can Resume subscription before then).
- If Manage subscription fails to open, try Chrome/Edge/Firefox without popup blockers.
- App Store / Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled in that store — ElevenLabs cannot stop mobile-store billing from the website.
- If the website flow is stuck, email team@elevenlabs.io from the account email.
