Official steps
- Sign in to your account at hims.com (or forhers.com for Hers).
- Open "Subscriptions" from the top menu (in the app, tap the Account icon, then "Subscriptions").
- Scroll to the subscription you want to cancel.
- Under "Additional Options," tap "Edit Upcoming Orders."
- Select "End Subscription," then "Cancel Subscription," and follow the prompts to confirm.
- Alternatively, request cancellation by emailing support (support@hims.com, or support@forhers.com for Hers) or calling 1-800-368-0038.
- Cancel at least 48 hours before your next order date so it processes in time.
Do I need an account?
