How to cancel Ipsy
How to cancel Ipsy: Sign in at ipsy.com (login page: ipsy.com/account/login.html). Official path: signed-in account on the brand site. Confirm by clicking the emailed cancellation link before 12pm PT on the last day of the month while logged in — otherwise you are billed and shipped one more bag, and IPSY gives no refund once a bag is assembled.
Official steps
- Sign in at ipsy.com (login page: ipsy.com/account/login.html).
- Click Account, scroll to General, and select Edit Account Settings.
- Select Membership, then Manage Membership.
- Choose Help Me Stop My Membership, then Continue Cancellation.
- Select two cancellation reasons, then Continue.
- Open the confirmation email IPSY sends and click its cancellation link WHILE logged in to ipsy.com — the cancel is not processed until this link is clicked.
- If you have both an Original and an Extra (Glam Bag Plus) subscription, repeat the whole flow to cancel each one separately.
Do I need an account?
Requires signing into the account owner's IPSY account and then clicking a confirmation link emailed after the multi-step flow — skip the email step (or click it while logged out) and the cancellation silently fails.
Window, fees & policy notes
No refunds once a bag is charged/assembled; cancel by 12pm PT on the last day of the month to skip the next $14–30 bag (an un-shipped/not-yet-assembled month is the only refundable case); no in-store option; Original and Extra must be cancelled separately.
