How to cancel Match: Log in to your account on the Match website (or the app / mobile web) as the subscription owner. Official path: signed-in account on the brand site. Official steps
- Log in to your account on the Match website (or the app / mobile web) as the subscription owner.
- Click the gear / Settings icon at the top of the page.
- Select 'Manage Subscription'.
- Click 'Cancel Subscription' and follow the multi-step prompts (declining any retention offers).
- Confirm you see the message 'The automatic renewal of your subscription has now been canceled' and get the confirmation email.
- If you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel through Apple (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions) or Google Play (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Match > Cancel) instead — Match cannot cancel those for you.
