Official steps
- Go to the Noom Subscription Portal at account.noom.com/login and sign in with your Noom credentials.
- On the main page, click 'Cancel Subscription'.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm — messaging your coach is not required.
- Alternatively cancel in the app: tap your profile picture (top-left) > Settings > Manage Subscription > follow the prompts.
- If you originally subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel through that store instead.
- To get money back on your first charge, request a refund within 14 days via the in-app chat or Noom's contact form — renewal charges are non-refundable.
