  2. Give your order number and reason for dissatisfaction; the guarantee covers original U.S. purchasers who bought from authorized sellers.
  3. For damaged product, attach photos of the item/packaging plus the LOT code from the can.
  4. Choose your resolution: a refund, a replacement, or a different flavor to try.
  5. Keep the product — there is no mail-back label; support processes the refund/replacement directly.
  6. To cancel a subscription instead, log in at drinkolipop.com/tools/recurring/login (email used at checkout), open Manage subscription, and cancel — or text 844-936-2357.

Do I need an account?
