Official steps
- Log in to your account at thefarmersdog.com.
- Go to Account > My Plan (Settings > Subscription).
- Choose Pause or Cancel Plan and follow the prompts to confirm.
- Cancel/pause is free anytime, but only before your next order has been processed.
- For a first trial-box refund instead, email care@thefarmersdog.com within 14 days of that box.
- The full trial-box amount (incl. tax and shipping) is refunded within 10 business days; nothing is mailed back.
Do I need an account?
Requires signing into the account owner's Farmer's Dog account to cancel/pause (My Plan > Cancel Plan), and the trial-box refund is email-only, so no order-lookup page can complete it.
