- For coffee dissatisfaction instead: within the 7-day trial, contact support (chat, email, or phone) to claim your free "Second Match" replacement bag — coffee is never mailed back.
- For equipment: contact support within 30 days for a company-paid return label; item must be unused in original packaging.
