How to return Adidas: Go to the adidas.com Order Tracker (adidas.com/us/order-tracker) or Order & Returns page. You can usually start with order number and email — no account login. 30 days from delivery (extended to 60 days for holiday-window orders); free return shipping for adiClub members, guest/non-members may see a small deducted fee; prepaid UPS/FedEx label or printerless QR drop-off; in-store returns accepted at adidas-owned stores only (not partners); no restocking fee, but App 'Hype' drops/collabs are 7–14 days and Final Sale is non-returnable.

Official steps

  1. Go to the adidas.com Order Tracker (adidas.com/us/order-tracker) or Order & Returns page.
  2. Enter your order number and the email used on the order (no account login required).
  3. Select the item(s) to return and pick a return reason.
  4. Choose the prepaid UPS/FedEx label (emailed) or the printerless QR-code drop-off.
  5. Pack the items and drop off at UPS/FedEx, or scan the QR code at a participating location.
  6. Refund is issued to the original payment method once adidas receives the return.
