Official steps
- Sign in to your ASOS account at asos.com.
- Go to My Account and select My Orders.
- Find the order and click Create Return.
- Select the items to return and pick a reason from the drop-down.
- Choose a drop-off location (USPS or UPS Ground).
- ASOS emails a printerless QR code or a printable returns label to your registered address.
- Pack the items and drop off at the chosen location within 28 days of delivery.
