- Enter your order number and the email address used on the order.
- Select the item(s) to return and a reason.
- Choose the free UPS prepaid return option and generate the label.
- Print the label, pack the unworn/unwashed item, and drop it at UPS.
- Refund issues to the original payment 10-14 business days after Crocs receives the item.
