How to return Fashion Nova: Go to returns.fashionnova.com and click Start Return (US orders only). Official steps

  1. Go to returns.fashionnova.com and click Start Return (US orders only).
  2. Enter your order number and the email address on the order (no account login).
  3. Select the item(s) to return and a return reason.
  4. Confirm the return items and the return shipping address.
  5. Choose the ~$5.99 prepaid return label and enter a payment method to buy it, or opt to self-ship with your own carrier.
  6. Print the return label and include the packing slip / return invoice from the portal in the box.
  7. Ship it back within 30 days of delivery; a Fashion Nova store-credit e-gift card is emailed once the return is processed.

Do I need an account?

The guest portal requires entering a payment method to purchase the return shipping label to complete the return, which a bot with only an order number and email cannot supply.
