Official steps
- Go to footlocker.readyreturns.com.
- Enter the email used on the order and your order number (starts with 319).
- Select the item(s) to return and pick a reason.
- Choose refund or exchange.
- Generate the prepaid UPS SmartLabel to print, or a printerless QR code for The UPS Store.
- Repack the item new/unworn in its original box with all tags and packaging.
- Attach the label to the OUTER shipping box (not the shoe box) and drop off at UPS.
