Official steps
- Open the H&M returns portal at returns.parcellab.com/hm/us/en/.
- Enter the order number from the order confirmation email plus the email used to place the order.
- Select the items to return and pick a reason for each.
- Choose a prepaid mail label or a QR code as the return method.
- Attach original tags, pack the items, and either apply the label or scan the QR code at the drop-off point.
- Drop the parcel at a UPS or partner location; refund goes to the original payment method once received.
