Official steps

- Open the order and click Return Items on the Order Details page.

- Generate and print the prepaid UPS/FedEx shipping label (or QR code where offered).
- Attach the label and drop the package at a UPS Access Point / The UPS Store / FedEx, or hand it to the driver.
- Alternatively, skip the label and return in store at any Home Depot with the shipment confirmation email barcode or the original payment card.
