- Go to returns.italic.com (Redo-powered portal).
- Look up the order with the order (or tracking) number plus the email or ZIP on the order — no account login.
- Select the item(s) and choose Return or Exchange (exchanges for a like item/size ship free).
- As a non-member, either accept the $8 return fee or add Redo Coverage ($1.98 per order) for a free return.
- Get the portal-issued prepaid label and ship within 7 days before it expires.
- Refund goes to the original payment method (or store credit) after inspection — allow 1-2 weeks plus 2-3 business days.
