- Choose a method: print the prepaid UPS shipping label, or get a printerless QR code ("Simple Returns").
- For the label: print it, pack the item, attach the label, and drop it at UPS. For the QR: take it to a UPS location and they print the label on the spot.
- Expect a flat ~$8 UPS return-shipping fee deducted from your refund (waived only if it was JCPenney's error); returning in any JCPenney store is free.
