- Go to macys.com/returns (Returns Center).
- Enter your Customer Order Number plus the email or ZIP on the order to look up the order as a guest (no account login needed).
- Select the item(s) to return and a reason.
- Choose a return method: prepaid UPS label to print, or a QR code for 'Label-Free' drop-off at The UPS Store.
- Pack the item and drop it at any UPS location (or The UPS Store for the QR label-free option); USPS drop-off is also referenced.
- Refund issues to the original payment; for non-members a $9.99 (+tax) return shipping fee is deducted from the refund.
