Official steps
- Go to returns.nomadgoods.com (Loop Returns portal).
- Enter your order number and the email (or ZIP) on the order to look it up.
- Select the item(s) to return and pick a reason.
- Choose refund (US $5 flat fee) or store credit/exchange (free).
- Loop generates a prepaid USPS label or drop-off QR code (US/CA only).
- Pack the item unused and in its original box with all accessories, then drop off with USPS within 30 days of delivery.
