- Go to returns.narvar.com/ouraring/returns and pick your country's return/exchange link (US, AU, CA, FI, DE, JP, UK are self-service).
- Enter your order number (SO-XXXXXXXX, from the order confirmation email/invoice) and the email on the order.
- Note: eligible orders only appear in the portal ~3 days after they ship.
- Select the item and choose Return (refund) or Exchange (same ring, different size only).
- Confirm and download the prepaid USPS shipping label.
- Pack the ring plus charger and cable, attach the label, and ship within 14 calendar days.
