Official steps
- Go to returns.parachutehome.com.
- Enter your order number and shipping ZIP code to look up the order (no account login required).
- Select the item(s) to return and a return reason.
- Choose a method: prepaid USPS mail label, or box-free Happy Returns Bar drop-off.
- For mail-in, print the label, pack the item, and ship it; $8 is deducted from your refund.
- For Happy Returns, take the item to a Happy Returns Bar (find one at locations.happyreturns.com/?retailer=parachute) — excludes duvet inserts, pillows, mattress pads, feather beds, rugs, and oversized quilts.
