- Go to the PrettyLittleThing Track & Return portal.
- Enter your order number (format 111-1111111-1111111 or 11111111) and the email address from the order; no account login or password is required.
- Select 'View order details', then choose the items to return and a return reason.
- Pick your refund method: cash refund (default) or store credit (adds 10% extra).
- Confirm; the portal issues a prepaid return label (USPS).
- Pack the unworn, tagged items and drop the parcel with the carrier within 21 days of receipt.
