Official steps

  1. Confirm you are past the 21-night minimum trial and within 100 days of delivery.
  2. Call Purple customer care at 1-888-848-2305 to start the mattress return.
  3. Take photos of the mattress and its attached law tag when asked (required to authorize the return).
  4. Purple or an authorized partner schedules a free at-home pickup via FedEx/carrier.
  5. Hand off the clean, undamaged mattress with the law tag attached at pickup.
  6. Refund is issued to the original payment method, net of transportation and any discount/interest.
  7. For pillows/bedding, use the pillow return form or email returns@purple.com within 30 days (you pay return shipping).
