How to return Shein: Sign in to your Shein account at us.shein.com (or the Shein app). You’ll need to sign in to your account to start. 30 days from delivery; first return per order free, additional returns on the same order deduct ~$7.99 shipping per extra label; no restocking fee; no Shein stores (drop-off only via USPS/UPS or Happy Returns kiosks); lingerie, underwear, sleepwear, bodysuits, beauty and some accessories are non-returnable.
Official steps
- Sign in to your Shein account at us.shein.com (or the Shein app).
- Go to My Orders and open the delivered order you want to return.
- Tap/click Return Item, select the products and a return reason.
- Choose your return shipping method (QR code or printed label) and refund method.
- Submit to generate the QR code or label.
- Drop off at USPS, UPS, or a Happy Returns kiosk (inside Forever 21, Ulta, Petco, Staples) within the return window.
- Refund is issued to your original payment method or Shein wallet once received/processed.
Do I need an account?
Returns can only be started from inside your signed-in Shein account (My Orders → Return Item) — there is no guest order-lookup return flow.
