How to return Stitch Fix: Sign in to your Stitch Fix account at stitchfix.com within 3 days of your Fix delivery. Official steps
- Sign in to your Stitch Fix account at stitchfix.com within 3 days of your Fix delivery.
- From your account homepage, select "Check out".
- For each item, mark Keep, Return, or Exchange.
- Select "Review your order", then "Submit order".
- Choose a return shipping option: use the prepaid label/envelope included in your Fix, print a prepaid label, or get a printerless QR code (USPS available on request).
- Pack unwanted items with their original tags and packaging in the included return bag (any plain box works if the bag is lost).
- Drop off with FedEx (FedEx Office, FedEx Ship Center, Walgreens, Dollar General, or a FedEx drop box); home pickup also available.
