How to return Uniqlo
How to return Uniqlo: Go to the Uniqlo US returns page and use the "Guest Return" link (bottom of uniqlo.com), or log into your Uniqlo account/app and open Purchase History. Official path: guest web portal (order number + email). 30-day window (online from ship date, in-store from purchase; holiday orders usually through end of January); $7 label fee +tax deducted from mailed online refunds, in-store returns of in-store purchases are free; online orders can be exchanged or store-credited in-store but refunded only by mail; items must be new/unused/unwashed with tags and opened innerwear is non-returnable.
Official steps
- Go to the Uniqlo US returns page and use the "Guest Return" link (bottom of uniqlo.com), or log into your Uniqlo account/app and open Purchase History.
- Enter the order number and the email used on the order (guest), or sign in to your account.
- Select the order, choose "Exchange or Return," and pick the item(s) to send back.
- Choose a return method: print the prepaid FedEx label, or select the QR code option to have FedEx print it.
- Click through to confirm the return and generate the label (a $7 + tax label fee is deducted from the refund).
- Pack the item new/unused/unwashed with tags, then drop off at FedEx with the printed label attached, or show the QR code to a FedEx associate.
- Refund is processed 7-10 business days after the warehouse receives the return.
Do I need an account?
Starting a guest online return requires logging into the UNIQLO 'guest account' and reaching Purchase History, which is gated by a Guest ID - a separate credential UNIQLO emails after checkout (subject 'Your Guest ID', on the fifth row of that email). Per UNIQLO's FAQ the Guest ID 'is required in order to make a return of an order placed using guest checkout'; order number + email alone cannot open the order or initiate the return. That out-of-band Guest ID login is a credential gate the automation cannot pass with only order number + email.
Window, fees & policy notes
30-day window (online from ship date, in-store from purchase; holiday orders usually through end of January); $7 label fee +tax deducted from mailed online refunds, in-store returns of in-store purchases are free; online orders can be exchanged or store-credited in-store but refunded only by mail; items must be new/unused/unwashed with tags and opened innerwear is non-returnable.
What you do yourself
Gotcha: An in-store visit only gets exchange or store credit for an online order - a refund requires mailing it back, and $7 + tax is deducted whether you use the printed label or the FedEx QR drop-off.
