Official steps

  1. Sign in to your Wayfair account at wayfair.com.
  2. Open My Orders (Order History) and find the order with the item you want to return.
  3. Click 'Return Item' and complete the return form: pick a reason and your refund method.
  4. Choose refund as Wayfair store credit (return shipping free/waived) OR to original payment (return freight is deducted).
  5. Submit the request; Wayfair emails a return confirmation with your prepaid shipping label.
  6. Pack the item in its original box with all parts, attach the label, and drop off with the carrier shown (often FedEx/UPS).
  7. For oversized/freight furniture, contact Wayfair customer care instead to schedule a freight-carrier pickup.
