- Go to wildone.com/returns (redirects to the Redo returns portal).
- Enter your order number and email to look up the order.
- Select the item(s) to return and a reason, then choose refund or exchange.
- Confirm the item is unused (trying on for fit is OK; outdoor use/soiling is not).
- Get the Redo prepaid label: free if Shipping Protection was purchased, otherwise the label cost is deducted from your refund.
- Pack the item, attach the label, and drop off with USPS.
- International orders: email help@wildone.com instead of using the portal.
